Summoner's Rift ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by the AI Usage mobile application (the "App").

1. Information Collection and Use

A. Third-Party Account Credentials (Claude.ai)

The App functions by checking usage statistics associated with your Claude.ai account. To do this, the App uses an embedded browser (WebView) that allows you to log in directly to the official Claude.ai website.

• Local Processing Only: Your login credentials, session cookies, and usage data are processed locally on your device.
• No Remote Transmission: We (Summoner's Rift) do not transmit your account credentials or session cookies to our own servers or any third party. The App acts as a local bridge to display your usage stats in the Android notification bar.

B. Device and Usage Data (Firebase Analytics)

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous data about how the App is used. This helps us improve the App's stability and performance. This data may include:

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• Crash reports and performance data
• Aggregate interaction metrics (e.g., screens viewed)

2. Android Permissions

The App requests specific permissions to function correctly:

• Internet: Required to communicate with Claude.ai to fetch usage data and to send anonymous analytics to Firebase.
• Post Notifications: Required to display the usage statistics (Session/Opus limits) in your notification status bar.
• Foreground Service: Required to periodically refresh your usage statistics in the background without you needing to open the App constantly.

3. Data Storage

All sensitive data related to your Claude.ai session is stored securely in your device's local storage (Android DataStore and WebView Cookies). If you uninstall the App or clear the App's data, this information is permanently removed from the device.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
